4. Refund Policy

Kalamoira is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Digital products, such as downloadable files, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
