To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Initiate a Refund
